Gateway Technical College is encouraging members of the public to provide feedback – to be used in the selection of a new president for the institution – at community focus groups held via Zoom noon Nov. 24 and 6 p.m. Nov. 25.

Those wishing to participate can find details on how to join a Zoom session at www.gtc.edu/presidential-search. In addition, those unable to attend a listening session are encouraged to consider providing feedback online through a survey located at that same webpage.

The Gateway Technical College Board of Trustees and members of the presidential search consulting firm are interested in learning various views about the challenges and opportunities at the college as well as the characteristics they should seek in a new president.

Input gained from the sessions will be used to help guide the search including the development of a presidential profile that will be used by the consulting firm with prospective candidates.
