Gateway accepts a wide range of payment options that you can use on their own or combine with other options. Having a payment method in place is a key part of starting your education at Gateway, so keep reading to find out how to get started with paying for college.

Pay In Full

  • Students who wish to pay in full with cash, check or credit card can do so at any Student Services Center. Students can also pay by credit card online through My Gateway by selecting Financial Information | Make a Payment.

Student Payment Plan

  • Log into My Gateway and select Financial Information | Payment Plan or visit any Student Services Center to enroll.
  • NO fee and NO down payment are required; your first payment is due the first Friday of the official term.
  • A late fee will be assessed in the amount of $45 for all payments made after the date indicated. Find payment plan due dates.

Third-Party Authorizations

  • Authorizations for payment from a third party must be faxed to the Student Accounts Office (262-564-2601) from the authorizing agency.
  • Verify on My Gateway in the Financial Information | Account Activity section that your sponsorship is listed.

Veterans Benefits

  • To learn more about Veterans Education Benefits and applying for these benefits at Gateway, call 1-800-247-7122 or visit any Student Services Center to schedule a consultation with a Student Finance Specialist.

Scholarships

  • The Gateway Foundation offers more than 160 scholarships annually. There could be a scholarship for you! Apply for Gateway Foundation scholarships
  • Scholarships are also available through external sources. To apply for external scholarships, complete each application’s unique instructions. If you are receiving a scholarship from an outside agency, please forward this information to Gateway's Student Accounts Department.

Financial Aid

  • Completing your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is an important first step toward receiving Financial Aid. Learn how to get started with Financial Aid.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement

  • Check with your employer’s human resources office for details on available programs at your workplace.
  • Authorizations for payment from a third party may be requested by having the authorizing agency email studentaccountsdepartment@gtc.edu.
  • Verify in the Financial Information | Account Activity section in My Gateway that your sponsorship is listed.
