Schedule a one-on-one appointment with a Student Finance Specialist to get answers to financial aid questions, veterans benefits questions, understanding payment options, past and current student account balances, completing required paperwork and anything in-between.

All Things Student Finance Workshop (ATSF)

Stop by this walk-in session to receive assistance with any questions related to paying for college, financial aid, veterans benefits, payment options, completing required paperwork and anything in between. No appointment is necessary. Space is limited, so please ensure you check in at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the session. Upcoming walk-in dates are:

  • Racine Campus: November 8, 9:30-11:30 a.m. and December 7, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Elkhorn Campus: November 29, 12-2 p.m. and December 11, 12:30-2:30 p.m.
  • Kenosha Campus: November 29, 1-3 p.m. and December 19, 1-3 p.m.

If you need assistance with your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), please have the following items with you:

  • For the current academic year of 2023-2024 (Summer 2023, Fall 2023 & Spring 2024)
    • Correct Social Security number
    • FSA ID and password (if you already have one)
    • 2021 Federal Tax Return or Tax Return Transcript from www.irs.gov
    • 2021 W-2's or a Wage and Income Transcript from www.irs.gov
    • 2021 amount of child support paid or received totals, or any untaxed income received, if applicable
    • Current value of assets including checking, savings, real estate, stocks and bonds

FAFSA Workshops

Have questions specific to the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)? Students and families filling out the application may join us at specialized FAFSA workshops. Completing FAFSA is federally required for students seeking financial aid from sources like grants, loans or work study programs.

Upcoming FAFSA workshops available are:

  • Kenosha Campus: November 6, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and December 14, 9-11:30 a.m.
  • Elkhorn Campus: November 13, 1-3 p.m. and December 19, 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Racine Campus: November 20, 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and December 12, 12:30-2:30 p.m.

Please have the following items with you:

  • For the current academic year of 2023-2024 (Summer 2023, Fall 2023 & Spring 2024)
