Promotional Items

From Gateway shirts to water bottles to hats, promotional items are used college-wide to celebrate everything Gateway stands for, promote school spirit and build recognition in the community. When you are the one wearing or using promotional items, you play an essential role in promoting the college.

Uniting factors such as logos, colors and formatting allow us to be easily recognized as Gateway Red Hawks. You belong at Gateway. Show it with pride and unity!

Vendors and Ordering 

The Marketing and Communications department facilitates ordering and must approve all college-related promotional items and branded clothing. This includes items for departments, programs and student organizations. Promotional items include but are not limited to: clothing, shopping bags, clips, flash drives, folders, green bags, keychains, notecards, envelopes, notepads, pens, umbrellas, drinkware and hats. Through a college-issued request for proposal (RFP) only approved providers may be used unless under special circumstances and approved by the Director of Marketing. These selected vendors understand the guidelines for use of our logo, and already possess our logo in proper format for reproduction.

If we do not have the needed promotional items or clothing in-stock, please submit a Marketing and Communications Support Ticket. Do not outsource your own promotional items or clothing.

Display Items

The Marketing and Communications department has tri-fold displays, retractable banners and tablecloths to check out. Please contact the Marketing and Communications Associate at 262-564-3222 to check out any available display items.

Custom Promotional Items and Group Clothing Orders
