The Financial Aid Award Letter shows the amounts of financial aid a student is eligible for during a specified academic year. The amounts specified on the Financial Aid Award Letter are subject to change based upon actual enrollment at the time of calculation and final enrollment on the census date.
Once Gateway Technical College has received a FAFSA and all required forms and documents have been submitted and processed, students will receive a Financial Aid Award Letter. Students who are eligible to receive financial aid, are notified that a Financial Aid Award Letter is available for viewing via Gateway Technical College student email. Once available, the Financial Aid Award Letter may be viewed by going to My Gateway | Financial Aid | Financial Aid Home. Then click on Review and Sign your Financial Aid Award Letter.
