Student Records and Graduation

From the day you enroll at Gateway to the day you graduate, monitor your success and prepare for your future with the assistance of the Registrar’s Office. Whether you’re preparing to graduate, seeking your transcripts or anything else related to your history and records as a Gateway student, the Registrar’s Office can help you find the information you need. Here are some ways to stay on track your progress and stay on the path to accomplish your goals:

  • You should review your Degree Audit each semester to review what classes you have completed as well as your GPA. Access your Degree Audit via My Gateway through the WebAdvisor/Self-Service menu and click on Academics | Program Evaluation/My Progress.
  • You can also complete an official degree and/or enrollment verification request by contacting the Registrar’s Office at 262-564-2302 or registrarsoffice@gtc.edu.
