Want to know how to live sustainably when you’re cleaning, cooking and crafting?
Gateway Technical College will hold a sustainable living presentation, providing attendees information on such topics as repurposing and recycling common household materials, making healthy and green cleaning alternatives at home and finding out which foods are freshest in season – and recipes using those foods.
The presentation will be 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Feb. 25 at Gateway Technical College’s Center for Sustainable Living on its Kenosha Campus, 3520-30th Ave.
The presentation is free, but those attending are asked to RSVP center program manager Kallie Chittenden at chittendenk@gtc.edu or (262) 564-2196.
