If you’re a detail-oriented person who loves working closely with others, consider one of Gateway’s Hospitality and Culinary Arts programs! Members of the hospitality industry, including hotel and resort managers, restaurant owners and managers, tourist attraction employees, chefs, and more, work to provide great experiences for their customers. You’ll graduate with real-world experience through hands-on class work and internship opportunities.
Gateway’s Culinary Arts associate degree program places emphasis on food purchasing, specialty food preparation, dining room operation and quantity food preparation and sanitation. Students will also learn hands-on all business aspects of restaurant operations as well as preparation of different foods.
