International Field Study Program

Tentative Travel Dates: April 17-May 1, 2026 (dates subject to change) 

Travel to China will be inspired and moved by its rich culture and all it has to offer. This program is open to students and alumni.

• Visit the Chinese cities of Shanghai, Jiangxi, Wenzhou and Nanchang
• Gain considerable exposure to the Chinese language and cultural studies through immersion
• Explore your field of study through customized courses at partner institutions
• Work on joint educational projects with college students in the region
• Travel to historical and gorgeous sites like temples, museums, palaces and pagodas

In this program, students will engage in over 20 hours of international service learning.

Cost Information

The estimated cost is $2,000 and includes:

• Airfare, most meals, transportation, standard hotel double occupancy rooms and insurance. - $1,000
• Required Gateway course: International Field Study (3 Credits) - $500

Other costs to consider include your passport and spending money.
