  • Students must meet one of the following multiple measures: earned a technical diploma or higher,* earned a minimum high school GPA of 2.6, earned a minimum college GPA of 2.0 or submit ACT or Accuplacer test scores. Submit any needed transcripts or test scores. *Please note short term technical diplomas do not fulfill Multiple Measures. These programs include Nursing Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Advanced EMT, and Truck Driving.
  • Order the Medical Document and Drug Test package (health forms/records, CPR, and Valid WI EMT license). You will also receive an Order Confirmation with instructions for scheduling a drug test appointment with Occupational Health at Advocate Aurora Health in Elkhorn, Burlington, Kenosha, or Mount Pleasant once you have submitted your order. Prior to admission, you will need to upload your signed CPR card and valid WI EMT license. After acceptance you will need to complete the remaining items listed in your to-do list in your myCB.
  • Review the Professional Licensure information regarding your program of study.
  • Review the program technical standards. An acknowledgement of these standards will be completed within the online application.

After Acceptance

  • Login and complete the remaining items listed in your Clinical Requirements to-do list. To obtain necessary forms, download and print them from #1 on your to-do list. Once you have completed your forms, upload them to their corresponding requirements in your myCB.
  • Review the instructions on the Order Confirmation you received upon placing your Medical Document Manager and Drug Test package for instructions for scheduling your drug test appointment at Advocate Aurora Health's Occupational Health in Elkhorn, Burlington, Kenosha, or Mount Pleasant.
