County and Tribal Veteran Service Officer Association of Wisconsin (C/TVSO) Scholarship
Be a spouse or child of a Veteran who meets WI § 45.01(12) eligibility. Note: Children or spouses of current County or Tribal Veteran Service Offices are not eligible Children may be biological, adopted, or stepchildren between the ages of 17-25.
Spouses: No age restrictions
Be a current WI resident Enrolled or will be enrolled by September 2026 at an accredited school or university for a post-secondary program Applications are judged by a panel, based on merit.
Financial Aid Online and In-Store
Students may use their financial aid funds to purchase textbooks and supplies online and in the bookstores while funding is available.
Computer and mobile devices (laptops, net books, tablets) may be purchased with financial aid, limited to one device per student’s school career. A student ID or government-issued ID and a current class schedule are all that are needed to use financial aid in the bookstore.
