Gateway kicks off new cooking series with workshop on pasta and sauces

Chef Danny Bonanno will kick off the Gateway Technical College Demonstration Kitchen Cooking Series with a workshop on sauces and homemade pasta, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Feb. 20 in the demonstration kitchen in the Lake Building of the college’s Racine Campus, 1001 S. Main St.

Bonanno, partner in Madison’s Pig in a Fur Coat restaurant, is well-recognized in the industry for his ability to take innovative twists to create traditional dishes.
