Gateway Technical College’s Horticulture students will hold a plant fair 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 14 at the Pike Creek Horticulture Center on its Kenosha Campus 3520-30th Ave.
The event will feature a plant sale with familiar and rare plant varieties. Ready-to-plant bulbs will be available as well. This event is community-focused, providing information and resources related to native and specialty plants. Horticulture professionals will be on site to answer any plant-related questions, and attendees are encouraged to show photos along with their questions.
All sales go directly to the Gateway Green Thumbs student club to help students attend industry-related conferences and training.
