Those considering a transportation-related career or interested in learning more about Gateway Technical College’s transportation technology programs are encouraged to attend an open house for the college’s Automotive, Diesel and Aeronautics-Pilot Training programs.
The event will be held 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 14 at its Horizon Center for Transportation Technology, 4940 88th Ave., Kenosha.
Instructors and other staff members will be on hand to provide information and answer questions on any of the Gateway programs or the Horizon Center facility, which have become national models for other colleges because its innovation, strong ties to industry and real-world training. Tours of the facility will also be given.
