The Gateway Technical College Foundation, at its annual award ceremony Feb. 4, awarded scholarships totaling more than $211,000 benefiting 170 students by helping them fulfill their career and educational goals.
“Many of our students tell us that scholarships are part of what helps them to stay in college and to gain the skills to a fulfilling career and life,” said Foundation Executive Director Jennifer Charpentier.
“The ceremony is a way to celebrate our students and to help recipients to continue the hard work of pursuing their studies and earning their diploma or degree.”
