The Gateway Technical College Foundation, at its annual award ceremony Feb. 6, awarded scholarships totaling nearly $250,400 benefiting 160 students by helping them fulfill their career and educational goals.
“Our scholarship awards ceremony celebrates two amazing groups of people: Gateway students and Gateway Foundation donors,” said Foundation Executive Director Jennifer Charpentier.
“This year, especially, scholarships will help students to continue on their educational journey – many times, a life-changing journey. The impact a scholarship has on our students is nearly immeasurable because it touches the lives of the recipient as well as their family in many ways that are seen and unseen. We are grateful to our Foundation donors and congratulate the recipients.”
