News Release:
Gateway Technical College’s Barber Technologist and Cosmetology programs will hold a veterans cut-a-thon fundraising event 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 25 at all three of its program sites.
The programs will offer free haircuts as well as 50 percent off all other salon services. Students and program alumni will participate in the event to be held at the following sites:
- The Studio, across the street from Gateway’s Kenosha Campus, 3535-30th Ave. (262) 564-2210
- The View on 5 Salon & Spa, Room 501 in the Technical Building on Gateway’s Racine Campus, 1001 S. Main St. (262) 564-2215
- The Cut: Powered by Andis, 425 Milwaukee Ave., Burlington. (262) 564-2890
Walk-ins and appointments are available at all sites. While haircuts are free, donations to Gateway’s Student Veterans Club are greatly appreciated.
