Learn to advocate for your viewpoint, while still listening to and valuing the insight of alternate viewpoints. You will practice the skills presented and gain creative options for responding to alternative viewpoints while defusing potentially contentious conversations. This training provides an opportunity for human-building connections with individuals with alternate viewpoints.
