Gateway's IT student club, dig.IT, is holding this popular clinic over two days. 

Device drop-off: 

• Tuesday, Oct.13, 5:30-9 p.m. 
• Wednesday, Oct.14, Noon-3 p.m.

Device pick-up: 

• Customers will be notified as devices are completed. Projected last pickup time is Wednesday, Oct. 14, 9 p.m.

Event is held in Room 102 of the Conference Center on the Racine Campus, 1001 S. Main St. Please note: The parking lot around the normal entrance will be under construction. Please park on the west side of the Racine building and use door 13 or 14. We will have signage and/or people to help direct you.

Computers will be worked on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. Those who bring in laptop computers or tablets are asked to also bring in a power supply cord.

Students can assist with the following:

• Update PC operating systems. 
• Check for viruses and malware. 
• Diagnose internet connectivity issues. 
• Optimize computer function. 
• Perform Windows OS upgrades (if computer hardware is compatible).
• Hardware consultations.
• And more...

The clinic is a fundraiser for the student club. Participants are encouraged to donate $20 for each computer worked on. Money raised helps to pay for students to compete in statewide and national information technology events.
