In this course, students explore employee relations and engagement concepts. They identify regulations and policies that govern and practices that guide workplace rules and conduct. Students examine tools of employee engagement and processes to measure and evaluate levels of engagement. They relate employee attitudes and engagement to the quality of the organizational culture. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to explain the engagement practices that successfully connect an organization and its employees.
