In this course, students analyze compensation and benefits programs as they fit into a workforce staffing plan. They examine program design, implementation, management, and measurement. Students relate the alignment of compensation and benefits programs to organizations' values through analysis of a total rewards package. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to explain how compensation and benefits programs influence employee recruitment, retention, motivation, and performance.
