This capstone course within the Business Management Program will take the student through the decision process of a business enterprise. This class will pull together the breadth of the learner's business and general educational exposure, experience and education leading into this course and put practical use and application to this knowledge. Application concepts such as capital budgeting techniques, time value of money consideration, conventional and alternative sources of capital, mitigating risk and liability through utilizing various forms of business organizations as well as analysis of financial statements will be covered in detail. The learner will then assemble their own business plan for a new venture, business line expansion, business acquisition or business divestiture.
