Here’s why you should take advantage of summer courses at Gateway:

  • Get ahead: The Summer Semester runs May 6–August 10 and offers a mix of in-person, online and accelerated course options, so there are plenty of ways to keep your education moving forward. Plus, there are a variety of late start classes that begin later in the summer too.
  • Learn on your schedule: Many classes are available in-person or online, including general education and program-specific courses.
  • Save money: Gateway’s courses are just $150 per credit – that’s less than half the resident tuition cost of area four-year universities!
  • Easily transfer credits: Earn credit toward your Gateway degree or transfer credits to an area university. Thanks to the UW-System and WI Private College general credit transfer agreements, many Gateway general education courses transfer to and satisfy gen ed requirements for many colleges and universities.
