Learn how, why, and when to use a variety of social media platforms to engage with customers and build the social capital of your organization. Learn how to review, evaluate, analyze and create engaging and useful content to help you design an effective social media strategy for your organization. This workshop will specifically focus on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, wikis, and message boards--but also presents an overview of useful social media tools and platforms that can be used to create a comprehensive social media strategy.
