High school seniors or college students, please list your school:

Please submit both this form and a written presentation of 1,000 words or less. This is just a preliminary submission to introduce the idea; it does not need to be the final pitch that will be presented.

No PowerPoint presentations allowed.

Presentations should answer the six questions below. Please keep in mind that it will be limited to three minutes (no exceptions).

  1. What is your technology, product or service? Briefly describe what you sell and the need it fulfills.
  2. What is your target market? Briefly state who buys this product/service and the size of the market.
  3. How do you expect to make money? Describe the source(s) of revenue and how you will sell.
  4. Who is your competition?
  5. What is your competitive advantage? How can your company provide this product/service better than the competition?
  6. Who is affiliated with your company? Share the background and accomplishments of you and your team. Explain how your background gives you credibility.

It is strongly recommended that participants attend a training class prior to the competition. Two workshops will be held in the weeks before the competition. 

  • August 5th:  6 pm - 8 pm
  • August 6th:  6 pm - 8 pm

The deadline for submission is Wednesday, July 29th.
