Tech Central Support

Tech Central is Gateway’s technology help desk, offering free support to help you stay connected with the services available to students. Tech Central also provides limited support for personal devices that may be infected with computer viruses or malware issues. In addition, we offer event or meeting technology, classroom technology and multimedia, and issues connecting to our wifi. Printing on Campus

Each semester, all students get $10 worth of non-refundable Gateway Print Points to use at any campus printer. The Green Print program helps students get access to convenient printing.

Faculty & Staff Resources

Faculty and staff, you can login to Gateway’s LID Intranet site using your Gateway credentials to get exclusive access to how-to documents and other resources.
