Gateway Technical College provides several tuition payment options. You must choose a payment option before the deadline otherwise you will be dropped from all active classes.

Pay Fees in Full by credit card can be done through WebAdvisor by selecting Make A Payment. Students who wish to pay with cash, check, or credit card can do so at any Student Services Center.
Provide an Authorization to Gateway’s Student Accounts Office. Third party agency must fax the Gateway Authorization directly to the Student Accounts Office (262-564-2601). All third party payments (company/employer, agency authorizations) and financial aid deferments must be on file at Gateway Technical College by the payment option due date.
Student Payment Plan is available for students taking 3 or more credits. Student registering only for the Nursing Assistant program or WEDD professional development courses are not eligible for the payment plan.
- Complete the Payment Plan online by logging into Web Advisor, go to the Financial Information tab, select Payment Plan
- A $25 non-refundable Payment plan processing fee and 25% of all tuition costs are required at the time of enrolling on the Payment Plan.
- A late fee will be assessed in the amount of $45 for all payments made after the date indicated.
