This five-week, 200-hour program qualifies its graduates to become certifiable as Basic Jailers in Wisconsin. Course candidates must be 18 or older, be a US citizen, complete an oral interview with a panel and undergo a physical assessment and criminal history records and procedures. Upon acceptance, you'll learn hands in Gateway's Kenall Protective Services Center.
