Anthony Febo: A story of healing and self-preservation

Join us on November 12 for a spoken word performance celebrating Puerto Rican culture.

We’re excited to welcome Anthony Febo to Gateway on Tuesday, November 12! Anthony will present a spoken word performance that explores his identity, culture and challenges as a Puerto Rican, as well as practices of healing and self-preservation through food, culture and heartbreak.

Anthony will also fry plantains and other Puerto Rican delicacies during his performance, so bring your appetite and your curiosity!

Students, staff and community members are welcome to attend for free.
