Every other month there will be a gathering for Launch Box Business Resource Center members. On the 1st Tuesday of every other month at noon we'll meet for a TED video. Place your order for lunch and we all will join the discussion!
First Steps in Starting Your Own Small Business
The UW-Parkside Small Business Development Center (SBDC) announces the start of "First Steps in Starting Your Own Small Business", a monthly workshop that is free and open to the public! If you ever thought about starting your own small business, this is a great free resource! "First Steps" provides information and topics that every entrepreneur should consider before taking the leap. Some of the topics include: business plan development, market feasibility, financial and lender resources, and SBA resources. Starting in January 2014, "First Steps" will be held the first Tuesday of every month at KABA - 5500 6th Ave in Kenosha, suite 200, and classes also held the second Tuesday of the month at RCWDC - 1717 Taylor Ave in Racine. Class times for both locations run from 6pm - 8pm.

Inventors & Entreprenuers Club
The Inventors & Entrepreneurs Club of Kenosha and Racine is dedicated to helping inventors and entrepreneurs overcome a lack of resources and provides support for the developing and marketing of their ideas and innovations. They meet the third Tuesday of every month from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. Visit them and see what they’re all about! Meeting are held at the Horizon Center Conference Room, 4940 - 88th Avenue, Kenosha.
