Business Lending Partners - Low interest loans to finance real estate purchases, renovation and new construction; equipment; furniture and fixtures; in some cases, working capital. Projects are financed in partnership with primary lenders.
Wisconsin Women's Business Initiative Corporation (WWBIC) - Small and micro business loans up to $100,000 for machinery, equipment, furniture, fixtures, leasehold improvements, inventory, supplies and working capital. Real estate is ineligible.
Community Economic Development Corporation - City of Racine Minority Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) for real estate, renovation and limited working capital.
Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation - Provides low interest loans to hi-tech start-up companies in various stages.
