CDL-A Specialized Training

Eagle Training Services, Inc. offers a training program that leads to CDL-A licensing and a career in semi-tractor trailer driving. The instruction is provided by Eagle Training Services and held at the Horizon Center.  Truck driving has among the largest number of openings each year. This program will prepare you to become a professionally trained truck driver in just 5 weeks! Job placement assistance is included in the program.

Two sessions will be offered during the spring 2015 semester and will begin on the following dates:

  • March 23, 2015

  • April 27, 2015

All participants must attend an information session at the Horizon Center for Transportation Technology, 4940 88 Ave., Kenosha to learn more:

  • February 4, 2015 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • March 4, 2015 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
  • April 1, 2015 - 10:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Gateway in proud to work in partnership with the tri-county Workforce Development Center's to offer a 5-weekfully-funded training for CDL-A (Commercial Driver License) truck drivers for qualified candidates. To be considered for the funded program, you must first go through your local workforce development center.
