About the program:
Lean/Six Sigma has become the standard of measure for world-class quality. Companies are using Lean/Six Sigma for success that is measured in bottom-line results. Designed for office, manufacturing, distribution, service, and healthcare industries, this program covers:

Section A - The program covers the Lean enterprise and the Six Sigma organizational structure. Other topics include the elements of define and measure in the DMAIC process, identifying wastes found in most organizations and value stream mapping.
Section B - The program continues with the Analyze, Improve, and Control elements of the DMAIC Process. The course concludes with “report outs” of the individual’s workplace improvement projects.
Participants must enroll in both sections A and B.
Successful completion of classroom instruction, online courses and exams, and a project within your organization utilizing Lean/Six Sigma will result in being awarded Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Program hours: 100 (48 hours classroom, 40 hours online courses, 12 hours individual coaching).
Cost: $1,999. Includes all materials, internet courses and personal coaching. Participants should have their own or have access to a laptop or PC with high-speed internet connection.
