The certification program provides 100 hours of training through 48 hours of classroom, 40 hours of online instructions, and 12 hours of individual coaching/consulting. Content includes: overview of organizational structure, using the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control elements in the DMAIC process, value stream mapping, and completion of individual workplace improvement projects.
