Leadership Development

This class focuses on what it takes to be a leader and how we use the skills available to lead others in today’s business environment. There is also an evaluation of skills paramount to the Leadership Paradigm that is analyzed for learners. The competencies of leaders are explored and case scenario’s are evaluated.
