Effective Meeting Facilitation

This class focuses on conducting and assembling efficient and productive meetings. Team dynamics theories are explored with constructive meeting outline and agendas. Effective meeting actions and follow through are investigated and analyzed to ensure that the learner is fully aware of the demands of conducting an effective meeting.
