The General Educational Development Testing Service (GEDTS) is a joint venture between Pearson and the American Council on Education (ACE).

The GED test is designed to help more adults become career and college ready. Their goals are simple: Open up doors to better paying jobs, new careers, college classrooms, and a brighter future.

Today, GED Testing Service is working hard to create a new test delivery and assessment system that will fundamentally improve adult education. Their focusing on a test-taker’s lifecycle—from a better study experience to a smooth transition into a job or postsecondary education.

Together, they will help transform our high school equivalency program into a lifelong learning opportunity.
