Tuition & Bookstore Refunds

Tuition refunds are processed according to the Wisconsin Technical College System Refund Policy for program, material and activity fees. Refunds are applicable only from the date the student formally drops a class(es) or completely withdraws from the College.

Tuition refunds for dropped or cancelled classes are processed every Monday except the last Monday of the month. If you paid for your classes by cash, check, credit or debit card at a Student Services Center on campus, a refund check will be mailed to you. No exceptions. Please update you address on Web Advisor.

If you paid for your classes through WebAdvisor with a credit or debit card, your card will be credited the appropriate refund amount. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible. Credit or debit card refunds should appear on your card within 10-14 business days.

Bookstore refunds will be processed in the currency it was purchased. For example, if you purchase your books/supplies with cash, a cash refund will be given in the bookstore. If you purchase your books/supplies with your financial aid authorization, your refund will be credited to your student account and refunded through the same process used for tuition refunds outlined above.
