Payment Options

Gateway Technical College provides several tuition payment options. You must choose a payment option before the deadline otherwise you will be dropped from all active classes

Payment Option Deadline

Summer 2013 by  April 29, 2013
Fall 2013 by August 20, 2013
Spring 2014 by January 3, 2014

Payment Options

Pay Fees in Full by credit card can be done through WebAdvisor by selecting Make A Payment. Students who wish to pay with cash, check, or credit card can do so at any Student Services Center.

Provide an Authorization to Gateway’s Student Accounts Office. Third party agency must fax the Gateway Authorization directly to the Student Accounts Office (262-564-2601). All third party payments (company/employer, agency authorizations) and financial aid deferments must be on file at Gateway Technical College by the payment option due date .

Student Payment Plan is available for students taking 3 or more credits. Student registering only for the Nursing Assistant program or WEDD professional development courses are not eligible for the payment plan. Students can enroll in a payment option through WebAdvsior or at any Student Services Center.

Scholarships - Gateway has numerous scholarship opportunities available, including specific high school student scholarships and continuing student scholarships. Visit www.gtc.edu/scholarships to learn more about Gateway’s scholarship offerings.

Financial Aid is available to help eligible students pay for college expenses. College financial aid comes in many forms such as grants, student loans, and work-study. Our goal is to assist you and your family in securing the resources necessary to fund your education, and make sure you understand your rights and responsibilities related to financial aid.

Class Registration Deposit

Any student registering after Priority Registration will need to pay a $40 registration deposit to hold you in your classes until the Payment Option deadline which is approximately two weeks before the start of each semester. Deposits can be made via WebAdvisor or in any Student Services Center.

The $40 class registration deposit is not charged for students registering during priority registration .

A payment option must be selected by the designated date each term to prevent being dropped from all active classes. The $40 deposit is nonrefundable if the College has to drop the student for not having a payment option in place by the deadline. If registering after the payment option deadline , a payment option must be selected at the time of registration.

Fall 2013

  • The $40 Class Registration Deposit will hold classes until August 20, 2013
  • A Payment Option must be in place by August 20, 2013 to prevent being dropped from all classes. The $40 deposit is non-refundable if a payment option is not selected by the deadline.

Spring 2014

  • The $40 Class Registration Deposit will hold classes until January 3, 2014
