Student Evaluation

This should be completed at the end of the semester by the student about their service learning experience.  This is a resource for the instructor if you choose to use it.  Please keep the Service Learning Center informed with how many face-to-face hours the student completes, each community partner and project the students work with/on, and the community need they attempted to meet.
