Intro to Butchery & Meat Processing

Begin a high-demand career that’s a cut above the rest in less than a year. With Gateway’s Butchery certificate, you’ll gain personalized, hands-on training in meat cutting and processing, learning to identify, butcher and fabricate meat. In addition, you’ll gain vital skills in sanitation and hygiene standards as well as food safety and handling. In just two part-time semesters, you’ll be fully prepared to start working in the meat industry.
