P.E.O. Educational Loan Fund

P.E.O. is an international philanthropic educational organization. One of its purposes is to support women who need financial help and are in undergraduate or graduate school. One of its seven loans and scholarship funds is the Educational Loan Fund (ELF). The Racine Chapter CF is currently seeking qualified women who may need financial aid who live in the Racine area.
