Job Analysis Survey
Welcome, and thank you for your support in our study! The Workforce and Economic Development Division (WEDD) at Gateway Technical College, is conducting market research on the soft skills requirements for different job functions. The information we gather will assist with ongoing curriculum development enabling our students to better understand the right “job fit” for the careers they’ve chosen. In order to accomplish this research, we are asking you to complete the Job Analysis Survey (online version or print version) for any and all positions in your organization. You may have two or three people who are familiar with the position agree on the responses to the survey. Please do not have incumbents in the position participate in the survey. Upon receipt of your survey responses, you will receive a free copy of the Job Analysis Report for each position you send us. Simply include your e-mail address at the end of the survey. This report supplies a comprehensive analysis of the position(s) you submitted, giving you fourteen required skill sets and behavioral traits. Gateway has a history of integrated education and workforce training system that produces highly skilled workers and leverages our community resources to foster new economy markets and jobs.
