Gateway’s LakeView Advanced Technology Center helps prospective and current employees build the skills necessary to compete in today’s job market. Manufacturers improve their productivity and quality through the investment in advanced training for their employees at LakeView. Downtime and materials waste is reduced and processes are improved.

The focus at LakeView Advanced Technology Center is on Automated Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Technology. Through a variety of partnerships, LakeView Advanced Technology offers the following programs and services:

• LakeView Technology Academy – Kenosha Unified School District High school academy for 9th-12th grade students with an emphasis on automated manufacturing, engineering and information technology during the day. Students participate in dual enrollment courses allowing them to earn 18-21 college credits while in high school.
• Gateway Technical College manufacturing oriented programming and customized training afternoons and evening night.
• Nontraditional credit and noncredit classes in the afternoon and evening
• Two-year Degree program - Automated Manufacturing Systems Technician
• Two-year Degree program – Electromechanical Technology
