The Advanced Leadership program is for new or experienced frontline leaders to ehance their performance skills.

About the instructor:

Rick Lofy has 30 years in manufacturing management, primarily in Southeastern Wisconsin. Positions held include Manager of Industrial Engineering and Vice President of Manufacturing. In 1990, Rick was awarded Wisconsin Manufacturer of the year. Prior to coming to Gateway Technical College, Rick was a field agent/consultant for the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership.
