Registration for merit badges is now closed. Please check back next year for another Merit Badge Technology Day.

• Check-in will run from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. at Madrigrano Auditorium - Kenosha Campus located at 3520 30th Avenue in Kenosha, WI.
• Our opening will begin at 8:00 with all Scout participants in attendance.
• At 8:30 a.m. all Scouts will leave the auditorium to their scheduled merit badge course. Some will walk to the Bio-Science Building and others will board buses and make the short trip to either Center for Advanced Technology and Innovation (CATI) in Sturtevant or Horizon Center for Transportation Technology in Kenosha.
• Courses are taught by Gateway Technical College Faculty and Boy Scout Merit Badge Counselors. All are experts, these men and women will take Scouts through each merit badge requirement.
• Many, but not all of the merit badge requirements will be completed at Merit Badge Tech, please review the current merit badge requirements prior to attending.
• Our goal is for each Scout to choose one badge and focus on learning about the subject and if not completed on March 3, then provide the contact information for completion independently.
• Cost is $5.00 per Scout. Lunch, patch, and certificate of completion provided to each registered Boy Scout.
• Scouts return to Madrigrano auditorium at 3:30 pm for closing. Scouts will receive a certificate, Merit Badge Card Application, list of merit badge counselors and embroidered emblem at closing.
• Registration is first come, first served. Once a course is filled, Scouts names will be on a waiting list.
• You will be notified via email of your successful registration.
• Each Scout is only allowed to register for one merit badge.

For Parents

You are invited to attend a presentation by Bryan Albrecht and staff at 8:30 at Madrigrano Auditorium on Gateway Technical College. Parents will learn about opportunities for financial aid and quality courses offered for their family members.

Parents are invited to "attend or visit" any of the merit badge tech courses, however lunch and transportation is on your own.

Boys are only allowed to register for one merit badge. Cost is $5.00 and is paid at check-in at 7:30 a.m. on March 3, 2012. Scouts will be notified by email if they are accepted in the merit badge class.
