Online effort makes admission process easier for students

Recruiter

It’s friendly, efficient, helpful, online and contains all a potential student needs to apply at Gateway Technical College.

The new Future Red Hawks online admissions portal takes students who choose Gateway from discovering potential careers and programs through the steps through the application process. The portal delivers valuable information as well as provide applicants with electronic notices telling them what supplemental items are still needed to complete their application.

The new online service is a more efficient way to apply for college, providing friendly, step-by-step guidance. Potential students can tap in from the convenience of their home – or wherever else they access the Internet. They can begin the process, save their progress at any point and then return later to complete the process.

For those considering Gateway but unsure of their career path, the Future Red Hawks online portal offers ways to connect with college staff members who can help you make those decisions. If you already know the career of your future, you will receive information on the program of your choice.

Future Red Hawks also allows prospective students to sign up for events. These events are designed to provide assistance to apply to Gateway, learn about the college and its student service support resources, completing financial aid applications and other paperwork and details on how to access student schedules and e-mail.

Still have questions on how to apply? Gateway new student specialists are happy to guide you through the online application process at Student Services centers on the Kenosha, Racine, Elkhorn or Burlington campuses.

Staff members are on hand at (800) 247-7122 to answer questions on how to apply – and how to navigate the Future Red Hawks site.
